Editing a Client’s Relation Status

Background

Relationship statuses must be defined between all members of a household, both on the Profile page (Global Household) and the Programs tab (Program Household). Follow the directions below for the household you want to define relationship statuses for.

 

Global Household Enrollment

 

Step 1: Search for the client and select the Edit icon once the record is found

 

 

Step 2: Select the Manage button on the Household Members section

 

 

Step 3: Under the Household Member section, hover to the right and select the Edit icon

 

 

Step 4: Change the Member Type from the drop-down, and select Save

 

Program Enrollment

 

Step 1: Search for the Head of Household and select the Edit icon once the record is found

 

 

Step 2: Go to the Programs tab and Edit the program enrollment you want to update

 

 

Step 3: Click the Edit button next to the Head of Household section

 

 

 

Step 4:  Assign the Household Relation options from the drop down, and click Save Changes
