This knowledge based article will detail the reports available for the management and review of the Coordinated Entry System in HMIS. For the purposes of this article, CES Users encompasses all users with access to the Coordinated Entry pages in HMIS.



The chart attached on the bottom of the screen, below the attachments section, outlines the reports and dashboards that are currently available. The Availability column informs the user where the report can be accessed. Scheduled reports are emailed to users, while reports on the Data Analysis tab are available under the Coordinated Entry section and can be run by users in HMIS. To receive a scheduled report, please enter a ticket with the HMIS Help Desk.
