Background

This article goes over how to access the Dropbox folder that your agency shares with the HMIS Team and how to download files from your Dropbox folder.

Your agency's  Dropbox folder is used to share important files and documents that contain sensitive information. Examples of these are: spreadsheets to complete corrections in HMIS and documentation for the HIC and PIT, among others.

You should already have a Dropbox account created; in case you don't, please check the How to create a Dropbox Account knowledge base article.
