Search "verify list" in the box below to read our new article titled "HMIS Assessment Completed But Verify List Says 'HMIS Assessment Not Completed'" for instructions on clearing the "HMIS Assessment Not Completed" error on the Verify List for clients whose assessments are actually complete.
To change the Relation Status in Version 6, please search for the client and follow the steps below:
1. Click the “H” icon next to the Head of Household’s name.
2. Click the check box next to another household member’s name to set them as Head of Household OR select a different Relation Status in the dropdown menu.
3. Click Save.
